This is a seemingly harmless app where users upload two photos and then ask strangers/friends to answer a question, such as, "Which do you prefer?" You can find your friends on it by username and by seeing who follows them and who they follow (similar to Twitter). There are three problems with this app. First, there is no way to flag content as inappropriate, and so any user can upload inappropriate content such as pornography. Second, a child can compare photos of their friends, which is a form of bullying. Third, there are adult users posting pornographic content and looking for minors to connect with. You should do your best to keep all minors off this app.
